Place your order two weeks before you travel by emailing us:

Name, address, contact number, store(s), dates of travel with leave and return date.

You will create your customized Grocery list for each merchant you request items from. Click here to download our fillable form that calculates the totals for you. Use a different form for each Merchant and all Merchants must be inside our delivery radius.

If you want alcohol you must be 21 years old or above and send a copy of your ID for proof with your order. It must be a non-expired U.S. government-issued photo ID that clearly show, recipient's name, date of birth, and a current photograph. Acceptable non-expired ID's are U.S. driver's license, U.S. state ID, or valid U.S. passport. We will video chat to confirm recipient matches photo on ID. *alcohol delivery will be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or does not have a valid, non-expired ID that matches photo upon arrival. We will discuss alcohol orders over the phone.

We will confirm with you if we have an available reservation slot to accommodate your requested dates. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.

Once your lists are finalized you will send it (them) to us with with order totals including tax.

After receiving and accepting your order(s) we will send you a PayPal link to pay for the order(s) and the delivery fee. We calculate shopping time, distance and stocking into our fee. To secure your order payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving acceptance from us as our reservation slots fill up quickly.

We will inform you via email of the expected delivery day and time.

You can give us a key to your home or have someone meet us there on delivery day.

You will arrive home with a stocked pantry and fridge.

We will send you a picture of the stocked pantry, fridge and copy(ies) of your receipt(s). We will leave your receipt(s) on your kitchen counter.

We will give you a refund for items that were out of stock. Please allow 24-48 hours after your return.
