Submit your order request information 2 weeks in advance
Name, address, email, contact number, store(s), grocery list(s), dates of travel with leave and return date and time.
Create custom grocery list
You will create your customized grocery or retail list for each merchant you request items from. All merchants must be inside the delivery radius. Your fillable forms were included in your membership onboarding email.
Reservation Availability
We will confirm with you if we have an available reservation slot to accommodate your requested dates. Please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
Pay for reservation via Paypal link
After receiving, confirming and accepting your order(s) we will send you a PayPal link to pay for the groceries (for each merchant request), order fee and the delivery fee(s)-(for each merchant pickup). We calculate shopping time, distance and curating into our fee. To secure your order, payment must be made within 24 hours of receiving acceptance from us as our reservation slots fill up quickly. If you are going to add a tip for the shopper include it with your payment and designate how much so we can make sure the shopper receives it. Shoppers get 100% of all tips.
Expected delivery day
We will inform you via text of the expected delivery day and time.
Home entry
You can give us a key to your home in advance or have someone meet us there on delivery day.
Delivery confirmation
We will send you a picture of the grocery order, stocked pantry, fridge and copy(ies) of your receipt(s). We will leave your receipt(s) on your kitchen counter.
"Bonus"
Trash removal of spoiled food left in your refrigerator if requested. Put in the order email the items that need to be disposed.
Fully stocked
You will arrive home with a stocked pantry and fridge.
Refund
We will give you a refund for items that were out of stock. Please allow 24-48 hours after your return. Email us a copy of the original receipt with the items you did not receive circled or highlighted.

Alcohol policy
If you want alcohol you must be 21 years old or above and send a copy of your ID for proof with your order. It must be a non-expired valid U.S. government-issued photo ID that clearly show recipient's name, date of birth, and a current photograph. Acceptable non-expired valid ID's are U.S. driver's license, U.S. state ID, or a U.S. passport. We will video chat to confirm recipient matches photo on ID. Someone with a valid non expired over 21 U.S. ID must be present to receive the alcohol order or we will return it to the store. *alcohol delivery will be refused to anyone who appears intoxicated or does not have a valid, non-expired ID that matches the recipient upon arrival. We will discuss alcohol orders over the phone.

$2 additional per mile for 6-10 miles.
$3 additional per mile for 10-15 miles.
$25 each for multi-stops. Max 2 extra stops.
$175 per order for weekends & holidays.
