MID-SERV app/website - to operate your store, control your pricing and menu. 

Restaurant store link- to add to your restaurant website, linked directly to your order site to make it easy for customers to order delivery directly from your menu.

Tracking -You can track all orders, reviews, top performing products, commissions paid, and total sales by day, week, month, and year past and present through your store admin section.

Live order chat -  In real time.  Option to display customer details on your merchant order panel after they place their order. This can be utilized to streamline your interaction and customer satisfaction. Details include contact number, past orders, and customer ratings.  If you are out of an item or need more clarification on the order you can contact the customer directly instead of having the delivery driver contact them.  Saves time and builds rapport with your customers.

Refund control - You have total control over customer refunds.  Not like the other 3rd party companies giving refunds without your consent that cause you to lose money on the sale and on the cost of the labor to make the product.  This will help control chargeback fees.  We do not give refunds unless you give permission.

Marketing- marketing tool that will allow you to send notifications of product updates or promos directly to your customer’s devices which enhances your customer connection.  There are also opportunities to market your restaurant with banner and featured merchant advertising at the top of our app as well as pop up feature marketing.

Restaurants and other merchants are paying 25% to 30% commissions at the base rate per order from the Big Box delivery companies.  But restaurants we spoke to are not even sure what percentage commission they are paying because the setup is very confusing and there are additional fees after sign up.  Those fees are subsidies, marketing charges, error adjustments, service fees, promotional cost and more that push the sign on effective rate to 29%-36% per order.   They say they just wait for their weekly payment to see what they made for delivery each week.  By having MID-SERV build you an independent delivery service you will recoup that 29% to 36% in commissions, add them back to your profit margin, and make an additional 10%-15% profit on top of that.   That comes out to keeping 100% of your profits.  This is not an in-house delivery service.  It is a separate entity.

Reasons you DO NOT want an in-house delivery service:

• It is expensive as you must pay employee wages, benefits, employment taxes, unemployment tax withholdings, and workers compensation insurance. 

• You must hire a delivery staff which cost money to go through the entire interview and training process.

• Control promotions: You can promote your new delivery service the way that helps your company grow.  You have these options on your app to promote to your customers.  Banners at the top of your app, featured merchant and categories, pop up feature marketing, and text notifications directly to your customers devices on new food products and promotions that enhance your customer connection.
