Our customers expect easy scheduled same day grocery delivery.  Our priority of getting items from point A to point B addresses their needs of contactless convenience to free them up to do more important and enjoyable things.  By allowing MID-SERV to shop for them our customers are able to save time, avoid long checkout lines, avoid traffic, avoid packed stores, avoid searching for parking, avoid not making it to the store on time, avoid the emotional drain, and avoid impulse buying which saves them money.

• We take the time to personally shop for you from your personal grocery list and deliver your order to you.

• Must schedule your order & delivery 1 day in advance and you may schedule an order & delivery up to 7 days in advance. Advanced scheduling is the best option because there are limited reservation spots for each time slot and they fill up quickly. Time slots will increase in the future. Set a time slot and day that is convenient for you.

• Real-time order tracking. Customers appreciate knowing exactly when to expect their order.

• We carry cold bags to keep cold items cold.

• We will add retail store shop & deliver in the future.

The fee for this service is $18.99 up to 5 miles delivery from store to delivery address.  No food item mark ups or hidden cost. Big Box delivery companies charge a 15% to 25% order markup, delivery fee and service fee, as well as charge the grocery store a commission for selling their products on their platform. 

​​1. Must be a minimum of 18 years old.
 

2. Go to the website of the grocery store you prefer to create your shopping list with details using our create your grocery list form below.  (Must be a store that does NOT offer online ordering or delivery)

You will only need to download the form once as you will save it to reuse for every order.​

Make sure to save the form after filling it out to avoid losing your information and to use the same form again for your next order!

Max items you can have on your grocery list currently is up to 20 items. Limit 1 case of water per order.

3. Click here to download our app and create your account. After creating your account go to the Wildcat Grocery Shop & Delivery merchant and enter the address of the grocery store you chose into the pick up address field and enter your address or the address you want the order to be delivered to in the drop off field. Click proceed to go to check out.  This is where you will upload your grocery list, add the details of your delivery and pay for your Shop & Deliver service.​  Your uploaded grocery list is automatically saved with each order.

​4. Then select your order shopping time slot.  We give the shoppers an hour to shop for each order.  Expect delivery within 2 hours of shopping time slot, possibly sooner. Delivery times could be longer depending on store crowd size, check out lines and traffic. So order well in advance of the time you will need the items.  You can place your grocery orders up to 7 days in advance. ​​

5. Finally you will pay for your grocery order.  You will receive your itemized receipt with your order and we will refund you for any items that are not available.
