Lower commissions - Restaurants are paying 25% to 30% commissions at the effective cost rate per order from the Big Box delivery companies.  But restaurants we spoke to are not even sure what percentage commission they are paying because the setup is very confusing and there are secondary fees after sign up. Those fees are processing fees, subsidies, marketing charges, error adjustments, service fees, and promotional cost that push the sign on effective cost rate per order to 29%-36%.  The "secondary fees" cost, change by city, contract and tier. Other costly fees are chargebacks from customer returns.  The cost will continue to rise as long restaurants continue to pay them.  Our lower commissions and fees help you become more profitable.

North AI will extract your products, description, pricing, and categories.  All you have to do is review and then publish your menu.

Direct ordering link- We’ll provide a custom ordering link that can be added to your website and social media channels to order directly from your restaurant ordering site.

Real time order tracking & reporting- You can track all orders, reviews, top performing products, commissions paid, and total sales by day, week, month, and year past and present through your store admin section.

Live order chat - In real time. Display customer details that include contact number, past orders and customer ratings on your merchant order panel. Contact customers directly regarding out of stock items, special request, or order clarifications. This can be utilized to streamline your interaction, reduce mistakes and gain customer satisfaction. Saves time and builds rapport with your customers.

Refund control - You decide when refunds are given. Unlike big-box companies giving refunds without your consent that cause you to lose money on the sale and on the cost of the labor to make the product. This helps protect your profits & reduce unnecessary chargeback fees. 

Marketing & promotional opportunities -  Hero Banner - largest banner at the top of our app with many features for max visibility, push notifications of promotions directly to your customer’s devices which enhances your customer connection, in-app sponsored merchant placement  (Your store is pushed to the top of the "Nearby Merchants" list giving you priority visibility), as well as popups that promote your promotions each time a customer opens our app or your store.  

Delivery logistics & drivers - We provide the drivers and handle the delivery logistics so you can focus on the orders.

Multiple locations - We can provide service for multiple locations, local and nationwide.

Merchant tips -  We have the ability to allow customers to leave tips for the merchant's kitchen staff. Great service, frequent orders, great reviews, and great deals for customers are very important.
