This membership allows you access to all of the services and benefits that MID-SERV offers on our website and app. Any abuse of the membership will be cause for account deactivation from membership and the app and your account will be closed. By continuing and submitting your membership request you agree to all terms and conditions of MID-SERV Solutions LLC. There are no refunds on cancelled membership subscriptions.
